Academic Biography

My academic journey started in Greece, where I studied for and received a BSc in Industrial Informatics from the Technological Educational Institute of Kavala. I then completed an MSc in Web Computing (awarded with distinction) at Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU). Following my graduation, I was awarded a scholarship by LJMU in order to pursue a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, which I successfully completed in 2014.

My main research interests include the fields of digital interactive storytelling (DIS), artificial intelligence (AI), and multi-agent systems (MAS). I have previously performed research on cryptography and intelligent recommendation systems.
